Object

a) System of policies and laws on occupational safety and hygiene;
b) Occupational safety and hygiene work: Organize the apparatus, manage and implement regulations on occupational safety and hygiene at the facility; develop internal rules, regulations, processes, and measures to ensure labor safety and hygiene; delineate responsibilities and assign powers regarding occupational safety and hygiene; safety culture in production and business; Basic knowledge about dangerous and harmful factors, prevention measures, and improvement of working conditions; Develop and urge the implementation of annual occupational safety and hygiene plans; analyze, evaluate risks and develop emergency response plans; build a management system for occupational safety and hygiene; self-inspection work; Investigation of occupational accidents; requirements for inspection, training and monitoring of the working environment; Management of machinery, equipment, supplies and substances with strict requirements on occupational safety and hygiene; information, propaganda and training activities on occupational safety and hygiene; First aid for labor accidents, prevention of occupational diseases for workers; emulation, reward, discipline, statistics, and reporting on occupational safety and hygiene;

Time
Total training time is at least 48 hours, including theoretical training, practice and testing time.

Update knowledge and skills
At least once every 2 years, from the effective date of the Training Certificate, the trained person must attend a training course to review the trained knowledge and update safety knowledge and skills. , occupational hygiene. Training time is at least 50% of the first training time

1. Training on policies and laws on occupational safety and hygiene

a) People with a university degree or higher and at least 03 years working in research, policy development, law, inspection, examination, and management of occupational safety and hygiene;

b) People with a college degree and at least 04 years working in research, policy development, law, inspection, examination, and management of occupational safety and hygiene.

2. Training on professional safety and occupational hygiene content and basic knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene:

a) People with a university degree or higher and at least 03 years working in construction or organizing the implementation of occupational safety and hygiene;

b) People with a college degree and at least 04 years working in construction, organizing and implementing occupational safety and hygiene;

c) People who work in occupational safety and hygiene at enterprises not covered by Points a and b of this Clause and have at least 5 years of working in occupational safety and hygiene.
